In the past, I’ve been known to put in a few hours, here and there. Work through the night, struggle through. In the last week or so, Sridevi has been putting in the hours on her project, and last night, when I went to bed she was still coding. This morning when I got up, there she was, still coding! We were made for each other! She even greeted me with Christmas cheer and a smile.
Customer service is the most important thing that your business can provide and attitude is half of customer service. A cheerful smile after way too many hours carries huge weight. The customers know when you have been putting in the extra effort. They also truly appreciate the extra value of that smile. Of course you also have to deliver the results!
This is someone who makes me proud!
