And I have some experience.  Just a bit.<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span>We should be talking about &#8220;Process Management&#8221;, not &#8220;Project Management&#8221;.  If the technical lead, business lead and the project manager are all the same person, then you can &#8220;manage&#8221; the project.  Otherwise, the project manager can only facilitate the process.
